Dubai Civil Aviation (DCA) is responsible for the smooth operation of one of the largest aviation hubs in the world. Structural re-organisation required the DCA to review and update its processes to maintain and improve efficiency across its new lines of business.
DCA requested assistance from Processfix to improve process understanding and visibility, update procedures and quality manuals and improve current process performance. In addition DCA asked Processfix to provide training, project facilitation and consultancy services to support their Continuous Improvement programme within the DCA.
Processfix’s remit is to realise real value through streamlining DCA processes, reducing marginal operating costs, increasing service capacity and throughput while improving customer and employee satisfaction.
