BT turned to Processfix to facilitate the development and implementation of a real-time process dashboard to monitor and track all new products through their ‘concept-to-market’ process.
Processfix’s challenge was to engage the key stakeholders across all four lines of business, to develop a common goal and facilitate their joint development of an on-line process dashboard.
Through a series of collaborative workshops the processes were quickly defined and key measures agreed. In less than 3 months the data capture systems had been implemented and the first real-time dashboard populated, enabling BT to stay at the forefront of their market.
