BDO Stoy Hayward, the world’s 5th largest accountancy firm, approached Processfix to facilitate the improvement of their primary service offering, the auditing of Clients financial accounts.

Recent developments in auditing standards highlighted the need for BDO to review their operational service and improve efficiency so that their employees could focus on value-adding activities.

Working across BDO’s London operation, Processfix engaged a cross-section of stakeholders from the process and facilitated them along the journey of Continuous Improvement.

Through elimination of waste and streamlined flow the new audit process, now implemented, has dramatically improved audit efficiency, directly increasing audit recoverability by 14% with simultaneous increases in client satisfaction.
