Chartered Bank operates in many of the world's fastest-growing markets. With
over 60,000 employees representing 100 nationalities worldwide, the bank
continually strives to offer innovative solutions to their clients and it was
within this context that they commissioned Processfix to support their
Operational Excellence programme.
At the
core of the approach Processfix developed a bespoke fixit® role-play simulation
mirroring the banks very own Credit Assessment process and trained an internal
team of global improvement facilitators to roll-out Operational Excellence,
capturing the imagination of employees and driving continuous improvement
throughout their processes.
Since the
original commission Processfix have delivered 14 fixit® simulations to Standard
Chartered - touching over 4,000 employees at all levels - and continue to
support newly identified improvement facilitators in their quest for
Operational Excellence.
