Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) invited Processfix to deliver an action-centred Continuous Improvement programme focusing initially on head-office functions across the corporation.
The aim of the programme was clear: to create a climate of Continuous Improvement that has an immediate impact on the KPC’s goal of service excellence.
Processfix designed a bespoke programme from the foundations already laid through their ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. This provided KPC with a baseline for their processes, from which to develop and foster a climate of Continuous Improvement.
The benefits of the programme have extended far beyond the initial head office functions with all subsidiary companies now benefiting from improved central processes including Finance, IT and HR.
