Milton Keynes Primary Care Trust's ambition to improve health, address inequalities and develop close to home care options lie at the heart of its strategy. In today’s political climate this strategy must be delivered with reduced cost and a smarter way of commissioning services. This was the catalyst to engage Processfix.
The Trust asked Processfix to facilitate a suite of workshops to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities in support of it becoming 'Fit for Purpose'.
Working with a team from both the Trust and the Local Authority Processfix facilitated the review of their joint planning and commissioning processes for Health and Social Care culminating in defined opportunities for improvement and an agreed plan of action.
