Heddlu Gwent Police
Heddlu Gwent Police covers an area over 600 square miles bounded by Abergavenny in the North, Newport in the South, Chepstow in the East and Caerphilly in the West.
As part of their Cash Releasing Efficiency Savings (CRES) programme to increase efficiency and improve front line officer duties across the Force, Processfix were invited to facilitate the programme for key executives to learn and apply the fundamentals of Lean process improvement and to identify opportunities for the force to meet their improvement objectives over a three-year time frame.
The programme focused on the mapping of end-to-end processes and minimising duplication and reporting including the use of Datafix to enhance the call handling performance.
