SGS work extensively with Processfix, both as a facilitator of internal process improvement and as a partner to help improve their client's processes. By focusing on the value added steps in their European laboratories SGS have identified significant improvements, now being replicated across other regions.

Additional benefits have been realised across the back office. In support of their corporate objective to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) SGS engaged Processfix to facilitate a series of workshops with their Accounts Payable teams. Across Africa alone the improvements reduced DSO by 32 days enabling SGS to free up cash and drive immediate improvement to their bottom line.
